Ceremonial Integration
I’m here to help you integrate the guidance from your plant medicine journey, and to decode the experience so that you may understand and embody the lessons received.
I’m here to remind you of the truth that your soul is pure and a creation of the divine.
The entheogenic plants are a gift from mother earth to us humans. They help us to see ourselves and to clean our inner worlds, so we may return into alignment and liberate our souls.
However, they are strong medicine and can bring us in touch with challenging lessons. We may face long buried emotions, painful memories, and truths that are difficult to swallow. Sometimes we are left with more questions than answers.
I have been through many challenging ceremonies myself and found that the integration is actually the most important part of the journey! The benefits come from understanding the messages we are given, and from making the necessary changes in our everyday lives.

How to prepare yourself for a ceremony
In the shamanic tradition, people go through a preparation diet before a plant medicine ceremony. This is not only with food, but also an emotional and mental detoxification process that prepares you to be in a space where you can receive the teachings. My partner Miia and I made a video about how to prepare for an Ayahuasca ceremony, so you can get started by watching it below.
I also offer private sessions where I help you to identify the topics to work on and resolve fears and anxieties. We can also begin to open up your process gently so that it will be easier to face it in ceremony.
How to Integrate after a ceremony
Each plant medicine journey is different. Throughout the dozens of ceremonies I have gone through, no ceremony was ever the same. Sometimes the journey is easy and gentle, and we are able to understand all the guidance without a problem.
However, other times the journey can be overwhelming, or we may see or go through things that terrify us. Sometimes things are left partially unresolved. We may also see angels or masters who are trying to help us, but we are not able to interpret their guidance. We may be left with mental confusion, anxiety, or the challenge to make the changes we know we are being called to make. Sometimes a deep process is being opened in a ceremony, but we are not able to go through with it or release the emotions we carry. This can impact our ability to navigate our daily life afterward,
What has personally helped me the most in integrating my experiences, is reflecting with others who have gone through something similar, and facing the unresolved emotional states in a trauma healing session.
If you don’t have anyone to support you, I would highly recommend that you reach out for professional support. I would be happy to help you on your journey. Just reach out and we can schedule a call!
